Parlan is a lovely soft fusible fleece interfacing, made from 50% polyester and 50% viscose.
Parlan can be used as a substitute for "Pellon" and is ideal for projects such as bags, table runners etc. where some light, soft structure is needed.
Width of 100cm. Sold in 25cm increments.
